TENSION REFUND POLICY

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER

Every piece is printed just for you when you order. This means:
- We don't accept returns or exchanges for size/color changes
- We don't accept returns for change of mind
- All sales are final once production starts

We stand behind our quality 100%. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

WHEN WE'LL REPLACE OR REFUND

We'll replace or refund your order if:
✓ Item arrives defective (misprints, tears, stains, damage)
✓ Wrong item shipped
✓ Wrong size shipped (our error, not yours)
✓ Package lost or significantly delayed due to carrier issues

HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT/REFUND

1. Email us at weartensionfitness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include:
   - Order number
   - Clear photos showing the issue
   - Description of the problem
3. We'll review within 48 hours
4. If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund

YOU DON'T NEED TO RETURN DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Keep or discard them - we don't need them back.

WHEN WE CAN'T HELP

We cannot process refunds/replacements for:
✗ Wrong size ordered (your mistake - double check before ordering!)
✗ Wrong shipping address provided
✗ Package refused by you or customs
✗ Customs duties/taxes not paid
✗ Items worn, washed, or tags removed
✗ Natural disasters or force majeure events

- If production has started: Partial refund (total minus production costs)

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

Provided the wrong address? 
- If the package hasn't been lost, redelivery may be available (20-30 business days)
- You're responsible for storage, handling, and redelivery costs
- Double-check your shipping info before ordering!

PROCESSING TIME

Replacement requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Approved replacements ship within 3-5 business days.
